The Plain Janes by Cecil Castelluci and Jim Rugg
After a terrorist attack, Jane's parents decide that Metro City is too dangerous and they need to move to the suburbs. In between dealing with her PTSD and her overprotective mother, Jane manages to find some like-minded friends and they start P.L.A.I.N.- People Loving Arts in Neighborhoods.
